We Assess Your Eligibility

Your adviser reviews your qualifications, English language scores (if available), and personal goals — and gives you an honest assessment of your eligibility. Every assessment is done personally, not by an automated system.

• No automated screening — your adviser reads your profile personally
• We assess against actual entry requirements, not generic thresholds
• If you don't yet meet the requirements, we tell you clearly and explain what you need

Choose Your Programme

Based on your eligibility and goals, your adviser presents the programmes that genuinely suit you. If you have already selected a programme, your adviser can give you further information not available online.

Prepare Your Application

Your adviser guides you through the documents required. We review every document before submission to make sure everything is complete and correctly formatted.

• Personal statement — guidance and feedback from your adviser
• Academic transcripts and certificates — advice on certified translations if required
• English language evidence — IELTS, TOEFL, or accepted alternatives
• References — advice on who to ask and the required format

We Submit Your Application

Once your documents are ready, your adviser submits your application directly to the university through our official partner channel — flagged as a Paideia referral for priority attention. UWS applications submitted via Paideia fast-track partnership

Receive Your Offer

Most UWS applications receive a decision within 2–4 weeks. Presidency typically responds within 1–2 weeks. Your adviser notifies you immediately and explains your offer in full.

• Conditional offer — what conditions you need to meet (e.g. final exam results)
• Unconditional offer — you have been accepted and can confirm your place

Accept Your Place and Prepare

Once you accept, your adviser supports you through CAS issuance (UWS), visa application, pre-departure preparation, and arrival — with you before you apply, throughout your studies, and after you graduate.
