About Paideia

Paideia is an international higher education partner and student placement consultancy registered at Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre, FZH 404 SRT, Dubai, UAE. By submitting an enquiry or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice.

What we do

Paideia connects prospective students with our network of partner universities. Our services include guiding you on partner university programmes, assessing your eligibility, helping you prepare and submit applications, liaising with universities and authorised agents on your behalf, and supporting you with information relevant to your studies. Paideia is not a university or visa authority — admissions, scholarship, and visa decisions rest with the relevant institution and authorities.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate, complete, and genuine information and supporting documents, and to respond to requests from us or partner universities within reasonable timeframes. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected, your offer withdrawn, or our services being ended.

Communications

By submitting an enquiry, you authorise Paideia and its authorised agents and partner universities to contact you through the channels you select (email, phone, SMS, and/or WhatsApp) about your enquiry, your application, and related opportunities such as scholarships and intakes from our partner universities. You can change your preferences or withdraw consent at any time by emailing enquiries@paideia.ae or replying STOP. We only contact you about matters related to your studies — we do not sell unrelated products or services.

Fees

Paideia does not charge prospective students for its advisory and application support services. Our services are funded by our partner universities. Tuition fees, application fees, visa costs, and other expenses are payable directly to the relevant university or authority under their own terms.

No guarantee of outcomes

We use reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, fee waivers, or visa outcomes. All such decisions rest with the partner university and competent authorities.

Partner universities and agents

Each partner university is a separate, independent institution responsible for its own admissions decisions, programmes, fees, and policies. Each authorised agent in our network is contractually required to comply with applicable laws and our standards. Paideia is not responsible for the decisions or actions of partner universities or authorised agents.

Intellectual property

All content on paideia.ae and in our materials is owned by Paideia or its licensors. You may view and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The Paideia name and logo are our trademarks.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to submit false information. You must not attempt to interfere with our website or systems.

Limitation of liability

Paideia provides its services on an “as is” basis and does not charge students for them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paideia is not liable for any loss or damage you may suffer in connection with our services, including (but not limited to): [web:122][web:128]

• visa refusals, delays, or any costs, fees, deposits, travel arrangements, or accommodation losses arising from them;
• changes to partner university programmes, fees, scholarships, intake dates, or campus locations;
• the acts, omissions, or decisions of any partner university, authorised agent, or government authority;
• loss of opportunity, loss of expected earnings, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumer protection laws in the UAE provide mandatory rights for consumers that cannot be displaced by contract where applicable. [web:121][web:127]

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may end our services to you if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or where required by law or a partner university.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. UAE consumer protection legislation recognises protected consumer rights in relation to goods and services in the UAE, and limitation clauses should be read subject to those mandatory rights where they apply.
